I love that quote and in my case it really is a lifetime.
I should have extra motivation. At this stage it’s not about looking good in a bathing suit, it’s about maintaining my mobility, my heart health, my brain health.
I am the heaviest I have ever been and I just can’t lose it.

I met a wonderful man and we were married 6 years ago. I left my workouts and healty eating behind and cannot seem to get started again. I even have a treadmill and stationary bike. I need help but have not had the motivation to get started again. I need to lose 30 pounds to get back to my healthy self. Help please !!!!!

I am a single mother of three, ages 15, 11 and 9. I myself am a full-time student. Going through my divorce I first lost weight because I couldn’t manage to eat. Now three years later I have gained that weight plus some back. I only want to feel and look healthy for myself. Without sounding selfish I know that I can only be the best mom and me that I can be if I am happy and doing positive things for me. Plus, having children and having them learn how to make delicious, healthy meals is a wonderful priceless gift that I as their mother can do for them.
