I started replacing a lot of my meals with your recommended IdealShake Meal Replacement Shake chocolate powder with almond milk,sometimes I sneak things like cauliflower florets and oats. it may not be the same as whole foods but I found ever since I started meal replacement shakes I feel much better than before!!, so I guess if your appetite for food really sucks like me, just drinking meal replacements is better than nothing.
